5. Pricing, Currency & Payment

5.1 Displayed Prices

All prices displayed on the Website are shown in the currency indicated at the time of browsing. The price and currency displayed at the checkout page will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt. The amount charged to your card will be shown in your card's billing currency, and any conversion will be applied by your card-issuing bank.

5.2 Accepted Payment Methods

7. Shipping & Delivery

7.1 Free Delivery within the GCC

Free standard delivery is available on all orders shipped within the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region, which includes the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, and Oman. Estimated delivery time within the GCC is approximately 5 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch.

7.2 International Delivery

For orders outside the GCC, shipping fees and estimated delivery times will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. International orders typically arrive within 7 to 21 business days depending on the destination country and customs processing times.

7.3 Shipping Process

Once your order is confirmed and payment is successfully processed, the Product will be prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment. The Company partners with reputable logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery.

7.4 Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by the destination country. 7.5 Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is returned to the Company due to an incorrect delivery address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, the customer will be contacted to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.


8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

8.1 Return Window

Customers may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided the item meets the return eligibility criteria outlined below.

8.2 Eligible Return Conditions
